This website is the personal outreach site of Dr. Adrian Escobedo, Doctor of Chiropractic, based in Round Rock, Texas. It is not the website of Rock Chiropractic. This policy explains what information is collected here, how it is used, and how you can ask for it to be removed.

What information is collected

Information is only collected when you voluntarily submit one of the forms on this site:

• Community survey. The concerns you select, an optional short note about what you would like to improve, and — if you choose to share it — your first name.
• Opening-day invitation list. First name, last name, email, and optionally phone number and neighborhood or ZIP, along with your consent preferences for receiving email or text updates.

This site does not ask for medical history, insurance information, Social Security numbers, or any other sensitive personal or health information.

How the information is used

Submissions are used only for Dr. Adrian Escobedo's personal community outreach: understanding what the local community is dealing with, and sending opening-day details and occasional updates to people who asked to receive them. Information is not sold and is not shared with third parties for advertising or marketing.

How the information is stored

Form submissions are stored in a database hosted through Supabase, the backend service used by this site. Access is limited to Dr. Adrian Escobedo and people directly assisting with this outreach.

Requesting removal

You can ask for your information to be removed at any time. Email PLACEHOLDER — confirm contact email with the address, phone number, or first name you submitted, and your entry will be deleted.
